قَالُوْۤا اِنَّاۤ اُرْسِلْنَاۤ اِلٰی قَوْمٍ مُّجْرِمِیْنَ ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Qaloo inna orsilna ilaqawmin mujrimeen
Saheeh International
They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals,
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
The Messenger from the Angels said: Allah has sent us to destroy a people who are guilty of great corruption and evil, the people of Lot.
