Surah An-Nahl, Ayah 79

اَلَمْ یَرَوْا اِلَی الطَّیْرِ مُسَخَّرٰتٍ فِیْ جَوِّ السَّمَآءِ ؕ مَا یُمْسِكُهُنَّ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ ؕ اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰیٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ یُّؤْمِنُوْنَ ۟
Transliteration
Alam yaraw ila attayrimusakhkharatin fee jawwi assama-i mayumsikuhunna illa Allahu inna fee thalika laayatinliqawmin yu/minoon
Saheeh International
Do they not see the birds controlled in the atmosphere of the sky? None holds them up except Allāh. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
Have the idolaters not seen the birds that are subdued and designed to fly in the air because of the wings that Allah granted them along with the lighteness and delicate nature of the air? He inspired them to close and open their wings. No one keeps them from falling in the air except Allah, the Powerful. In this subjugation and holding them from falling there are signs for people who have faith in Allah, because they are the ones who benefit from such signs and lessons.
