Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 86

اُولٰٓىِٕكَ الَّذِیْنَ اشْتَرَوُا الْحَیٰوةَ الدُّنْیَا بِالْاٰخِرَةِ ؗ فَلَا یُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ یُنْصَرُوْنَ ۟۠
Transliteration
Ola-ika allatheena ishtarawooalhayata addunya bil-akhiratifala yukhaffafu AAanhumu alAAathabu wala humyunsaroon
Saheeh International
Those are the ones who have bought the life of this world [in exchange] for the Hereafter, so the punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be aided.
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
They are the people who exchange the Afterlife for this life, preferring what is temporary to what is eternal. Their suffering will not be lightened, and they will have no one to help them.
