Surah An-Nur, Ayah 59

وَاِذَا بَلَغَ الْاَطْفَالُ مِنْكُمُ الْحُلُمَ فَلْیَسْتَاْذِنُوْا كَمَا اسْتَاْذَنَ الَّذِیْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ ؕ كَذٰلِكَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْ اٰیٰتِهٖ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ عَلِیْمٌ حَكِیْمٌ ۟
Transliteration
Wa-itha balagha al-atfaluminkumu alhuluma falyasta/thinoo kama ista/thanaallatheena min qablihim kathalika yubayyinu Allahulakum ayatihi wallahu AAaleemun hakeem
Saheeh International
And when the children among you reach puberty, let them ask permission [at all times] as those before them have done. Thus does Allāh make clear to you His verses; and Allāh is Knowing and Wise.
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
When your children reach the age of puberty they should seek permission at all times before entering into your homes, as has been mentioned regarding the adults previously. Just as Allah makes clear the rulings of seeking permission for you, He also makes His verses clear. And Allah is ever-aware of the requirements of His servants; wise in whatever laws He passes for them.
