Surah An-Nur, Ayah 8

وَیَدْرَؤُا عَنْهَا الْعَذَابَ اَنْ تَشْهَدَ اَرْبَعَ شَهٰدٰتٍ بِاللّٰهِ ۙ اِنَّهٗ لَمِنَ الْكٰذِبِیْنَ ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Wayadrao AAanha alAAathaba antashhada arbaAAa shahadatin billahiinnahu lamina alkathibeen
Saheeh International
But it will prevent punishment from her if she gives four testimonies [swearing] by Allāh that indeed, he is of the liars.
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
Through this she will be deserving of the fixed punishment for adultery. She will repel this fixed punishment by testifying by Allah four times: that he is lying in what he has accused her of.
