الَّذِیْنَ یُفْسِدُوْنَ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَلَا یُصْلِحُوْنَ ۟
Transliteration
Allatheena yufsidoona fee al-ardiwala yuslihoon
Saheeh International
Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend."
