Surah An-Naml, Ayah 21

لَاُعَذِّبَنَّهٗ عَذَابًا شَدِیْدًا اَوْ لَاۡاَذْبَحَنَّهٗۤ اَوْ لَیَاْتِیَنِّیْ بِسُلْطٰنٍ مُّبِیْنٍ ۟
Transliteration
LaoAAaththibannahu AAathabanshadeedan aw laathbahannahu aw laya/tiyannee bisultaninmubeen
Saheeh International
I will surely punish him with a severe punishment or slaughter him unless he brings me clear authorization."
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
He said when its absence became clear to him: “I shall punish it severely, or I shall slaughter it as a punishment for being absent, unless it brings a clear proof to prove its excuse for absence”.
