Surah Al-Qasas, Ayah 61

اَفَمَنْ وَّعَدْنٰهُ وَعْدًا حَسَنًا فَهُوَ لَاقِیْهِ كَمَنْ مَّتَّعْنٰهُ مَتَاعَ الْحَیٰوةِ الدُّنْیَا ثُمَّ هُوَ یَوْمَ الْقِیٰمَةِ مِنَ الْمُحْضَرِیْنَ ۟
Transliteration
Afaman waAAadnahu waAAdan hasananfahuwa laqeehi kaman mattaAAnahu mataAAa alhayatiaddunya thumma huwa yawma alqiyamati minaalmuhdareen
Saheeh International
Then is he whom We have promised a good promise which he will meet [i.e., obtain] like he for whom We provided enjoyment of worldly life [but] then he is, on the Day of Resurrection, among those presented [for punishment in Hell]?
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
Is the one I have promised paradise in the afterlife and the everlasting pleasure it contains like the one I have given wealth and adornment to enjoy in the worldly life, then he will be on the day of judgment amongst those who will be presented to the fire of hell?
