وَالسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ الْحُبُكِ ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Wassama-i thati alhubuk
Saheeh International
By the heaven containing pathways,
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
And Allah swears by the sky which has pathways.
