وَالْبَحْرِ الْمَسْجُوْرِ ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Walbahri almasjoor
Saheeh International
And [by] the sea set on fire,
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
And He swore by the sea filled with water.
