عُذْرًا اَوْ نُذْرًا ۟ۙ
Transliteration
AAuthran aw nuthra
Saheeh International
As justification or warning,
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
They descend bringing revelation as a warning from Allah so that He is excused, and warning the people of the punishment of Allah.
