بِاَیْدِیْ سَفَرَةٍ ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Bi-aydee safara
Saheeh International
[Carried] by the hands of messenger-angels,
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
And they are in the hands of Messengers among the angels.
