كِتٰبٌ مَّرْقُوْمٌ ۟ؕ
Transliteration
Kitabun marqoom
Saheeh International
It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed.
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
Their book is written and will not vanish. Nor will there be any increase or decrease in it.
