وَشَاهِدٍ وَّمَشْهُوْدٍ ۟ؕ
Transliteration
Washahidin wamashhood
Saheeh International
And [by] the witness and what is witnessed,
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
He took an oath by every witness, like the prophet who is a witness over his nation, and every thing witnessed, like the nation that is a witness over its prophet.
