الَّذِیْ كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلّٰی ۟ؕ
Transliteration
Allathee kaththaba watawalla
Saheeh International
Who had denied and turned away.
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
The one who rejected whatever the Messenger (peace be upon him) brought, and turned away from fulfilling the command of Allah.
