وَالنَّهَارِ اِذَا تَجَلّٰی ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Wannahari itha tajalla
Saheeh International
And [by] the day when it appears
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
And Allah takes an oath on the day when it becomes clear and visible.
