وَالَّیْلِ اِذَا سَجٰی ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Wallayli itha saja
Saheeh International
And [by] the night when it covers with darkness,
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
And He takes an oath on the night when it darkens and people cease to move in it.
