اَنْ رَّاٰهُ اسْتَغْنٰی ۟ؕ
Transliteration
An raahu istaghna
Saheeh International
Because he sees himself self-sufficient.
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
Just because he has seen him showing no need of the prestige and wealth he possesses.
