سَلٰمٌ ۛ۫ هِیَ حَتّٰی مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ ۟۠
Transliteration
Salamun hiya hatta matlaAAialfajr
Saheeh International
Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.

This whole blessed night contains goodness, right from its beginning until its end, with the breaking of dawn.
