فَالْمُغِیْرٰتِ صُبْحًا ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Falmugheerati subha
Saheeh International
And the chargers at dawn,
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
And He also takes an oath on the horses that raid the enemy at dawn.
