وَلَا تُطِعْ كُلَّ حَلَّافٍ مَّهِیْنٍ ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Wala tutiAA kulla hallafinmaheen
Saheeh International
And do not obey every worthless habitual swearer
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
And do not follow anyone who frequently takes false oaths, and is vulgar.
