هَمَّازٍ مَّشَّآءٍ بِنَمِیْمٍ ۟ۙ
Transliteration
Hammazin mashsha-in binameem
Saheeh International
[And] scorner, going about with malicious gossip -
Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir
Who frequently backbites the people, and bears tales between them to cause division between them.
